How returns, cancellations, and refunds work for the crystals and readings you buy from Mayatilism™. This sits alongside any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

In short: unused crystals can be returned within 7 days of delivery (you cover return postage); readings are non-refundable once delivered; orders can’t be cancelled once paid; damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced, or refunded if out of stock.
If you’d like to return a crystal, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method through Razorpay within 30 days.
A reading is a personal service prepared and delivered to you. Once a reading has been delivered — by message, recorded audio, or live video — it is non-refundable, as the service has been performed. If something goes wrong on our side (for example, a file does not arrive or is unusable), contact us and we will put it right.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. For a reading, you may request to reschedule before it is delivered — write to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate — but the booking itself cannot be cancelled for a refund once paid.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please write to connect@mayatilism.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement; if the product is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Email connect@mayatilism.com with your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps. We aim to reply within three working days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
