Orders are dispatched within 14 business days of payment. Each piece is prepared with care, so please allow a little time. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.

Delivery timelines are shared with you based on updates from our logistics partner, and vary by destination. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping cost is calculated per order and intimated to you by email before dispatch.

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is subject to their timelines, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control — but we’ll help you follow up.
